Permitted requests
Only request analysis of sites you manage/control or are authorized to assess. You are responsible for the relevant rights, site terms and permission. Explicitly authorize the requested bounded inspection. The service does not independently prove ownership; a user statement is not verification.
Scope
The tool performs bounded public read-only HTTPS requests and returns a sampled preservation inventory. It does not modify or delete content, submit forms, log in, inspect authenticated/private pages, or bypass robots restrictions, CAPTCHA, WAF or other access controls. Do not use it to circumvent restrictions, scan floods, or assess sites without authority.
Results and responsibility
Results can be incomplete, sampled, truncated, stale or incorrect. Static markup does not establish rendered behavior or working integrations. No SEO/ranking, traffic, business outcome or migration-success guarantee is provided. The service does not perform the migration. Validate evidence and proposed checks before making changes; you remain responsible for implementation and decisions.
Availability
Budgets, availability, supported properties and functionality may change. Requests may be rejected, limited or stopped for security, robots, availability or capacity reasons. Do not evade these limits. These terms do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
